Very excited as we have just taken an option on 3,500 square feet of new studio space.

While our existing studios have been great, and are pretty big, we are now limited for expansion and opening up some new opportunities to pursue.

So, I’m going to try and document the whole process of thinking, development, building and fitting out the studio as we go along.

The video of the behind the scenes is very interesting, look at the size of the team that it takes.
Mario Sorrenti creates a very serene yet powerful series of images – underlines the importance of creating the environment for a photoshoot.
You can also see Kate Moss, Lara Stone, Natasha Poly, Milla Jovovich working as models which is also very interesting.

After every workshop we give attendees the opportunity to send in post-processed and finished images for a critique, this may cover everything from great photos for approval or failed photos for advice.  We try and give information for correction of images wherever we can.

This is Arthur’s set from our recent workshop in conjunction with the Royal Photographic Society.

My first comment which I’m not going to repeat for all images is that they all look slightly dark to me.  This is probably due to an uncalibrated monitor.   Most monitors are by …
