THINKING: As soon as we show a face in an image then it becomes a portrait. It becomes a study of the person.

THINKING: Photography is a visual medium. But if we can infer additional senses then we can build a stronger image.

Wrapped

THINKING: I wish I had an industrial sized vacuum wrapping machine - I have thought I could achieve some great shots with vacuum wrapped models!

THINKING: On a wet and cloudy day I wanted to create an image about basking in the sun. The classic photographer's problem - an image in mind and weather that won't co-operate.

Breaking the Pose

THINKING: You can't ask a model to pose "gay abandon". This just would not work. Instead you must create a setting in which the model can freely move and express that moment.
